Facilities Management

Tracks municipal buildings and spaces with status lifecycle (active → under maintenance → decommissioned). Each facility has spaces (rooms, fields, courts) that can be reserved and inspected. Maintenance schedules trigger recurring work. Facility inspections are recorded with findings and follow-up tracking. Reservations support conflict detection to prevent double-booking. Integrates with the Asset Management module for building-level asset tracking and with Work Orders for maintenance dispatch.
